Whiteboard Insights is designed so your study sessions, subjects, topics, focus notes, templates, streak preferences, and statistics remain on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, upload, or retain personal information through normal app use.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Whiteboard Insights mobile application and related services operated by Karolina Pupiallo (the “Service Provider”). It covers the app’s dashboard, study history, insights, statistics, reminders, templates, filters, streaks, and preferences.
Whiteboard Insights does not collect, log, or store personal information through normal use. Registration is not required, and the Service Provider does not create user accounts or remote profiles.
Study session details such as subject, topic, date, duration, activity type, focus level, notes, saved templates, reminder settings, first-day-of-week choice, and streak visibility may be stored locally in the app’s private storage. This information is not collected by the Service Provider.
Local data is used only to power features you see in the app, including your dashboard, filters, history, study statistics, insights, streaks, templates, and optional reminders. The Service Provider does not use it for advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making.
If your device is online, ordinary technical protocol information such as an ephemeral IP address may pass through network infrastructure to enable connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain that information for tracking or profiling.
Since Whiteboard Insights does not collect personal information through normal use, the Service Provider does not sell, rent, or share app-user personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics networks.
Whiteboard Insights does not collect precise real-time location information. If reminders are enabled, the app may request notification permission so your device can show local study reminders.
The Service Provider does not retain personal data from Whiteboard Insights on external servers because the app does not collect or upload that personal data through normal use. There is therefore no server-side retention period for your study sessions, subjects, topics, notes, templates, streaks, statistics, or app preferences. Locally stored information remains on your device only for as long as you choose to keep it.
No server-side retention of study activityBecause the Service Provider does not keep your Whiteboard Insights personal data on external servers, there is normally no remote account or user profile to delete. You can remove individual local records using the app’s delete controls, clear all local data from the app’s settings, clear the app’s storage from your device settings, or uninstall the app. These actions remove the locally stored information under your control.
You control deletion of local study dataIf you contact the Service Provider directly and voluntarily provide personal information, that information is separate from normal app use. You may request deletion of such correspondence by contacting the Service Provider at the email address below.
Deletion requests accepted for direct correspondenceWhiteboard Insights is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal app use.
Keeping normal app activity local and avoiding server-side collection significantly reduces privacy risk. No software environment can be guaranteed completely secure, but the app is designed to minimize exposure.
This Privacy Policy may be revised when the app or applicable requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by publishing a new effective date.
If you voluntarily provide information outside normal app use and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
